Our process is designed to provide a smooth and stress-free experience, from initial consultation to final touches. We ensure quality and efficiency at every stage of the project
Initial Consultation
We start with a phone call, email, or face-to-face meeting to understand your vision and goals for the project.
Assessment and Planning
We schedule a visit to assess the site through discussions, pictures, or plans, enabling us to provide you with a detailed quote or estimate.
Quotation
Our quote provides a fixed price for the project, detailing labor, materials, and descriptions of the work. Note: Quotes account for potential risks and unforeseen circumstances so are generally more inflated than estimations.
Estimation
Estimates give an approximate project cost based on initial information, which may be adjusted as the project details are finalised. Jobs on an estimate basis are billed for actual hours worked and materials used, with an 18% markup.
Project Acceptance
Once you review and accept our quote or estimate, we’ll coordinate a start date that suits both parties. A 40% deposit for projects less than $30,000 + GST is required within 14 days to secure your spot.
Project Initiation
Upon receiving your deposit, we arrange all necessary preparations such as material deliveries and setup. Work begins as agreed.
Billing
For projects shorter than 7 days, the remaining payment is due upon completion. For longer projects, we issue weekly progress invoices.
Final Walk-Through
After completion, we conduct a walk-through to address any concerns and discuss potential adjustments. Our support continues even after we finish, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Guarantee
As certified builders, we offer a 10-year guarantee against defects on all workmanship.
